i've always loved the music in the FF series, i can just sit and listen to it quite happily.....this includes battle music, normal music, map music and boss battle music....my faves are;

Boss music(8)
Final Boss music(9)
Bran Bal(9)
Mako Reacter music(7)
Tidus' theme(10)
Map Music(9)
Mihen Highroad(10-2)
and.....every chocobo musics!!(in battle, riding)
