I think DN Angel has been licensed a long time ago, even before the series stopped airing in Japan.
Ah, and I do believe that the manga is a lot better... You better buy that one. And there IS a thread about this...

Try downloading from bitorrent or animesuki. I don't remember the anime series being license yet but I know the manga series is license.

DNAngel has been licensed. The english voice cast was announced by ADV a couple weeks ago.
