I've been playing FF-X for about 250-300 hours and I still haven't got many items for custimisation and I could do with a list or something like that on how to get some items that are good for custimisation please I'd really appreciate it.

Just bribe/steal strong enemies....thats all you can do really..and beat monsters in the arena

The only real option you have is already been said, so steal or bribe them from strong monsters. as for directions, i would suggect either going to the calm lands, the cave of the forgotten fayth or Zanarkand ruins, or even to the omega ruins but omega weapon lives there, as well as some of the strongest monsters in the intire game.

That doesn't help us out at all. Are there specific items you are looking for? Are there specific customizable abilities that you would like to have?

i need mainly pendulums, dark matters or whatever gives you ribbon, the gems for learning good magics with your aeons, tetra elements, the things which give you auto-haste, those things which heal your party fully, and fortune and stat spheres.:o

Dark Matter gives you ribbon. You can get it by beating Original, Species, or Area creations at the monster arena.(Just in case you don't know you need the internation version to get Ribbon.)

You can get Chocobo Wings(Gives you auto-haste) by bribing Macheas in the Omega Ruins I think they give you 40.(Auto-Haste requires 80 of them)

For the gems I needed em too so what I did was steal Lightning Gems from Imps(Cavern of the Stolen Faith), Bribe the Ice Gems from Ice Flans, Fire Gems..I forget but I know you can steal them from the bomb monsters you fight in the Omega Ruins(I know the name but I can't spell it lol
;) ) and the water gems I stole from the big aquatic monsters you fight on Mt. Gagazet.

Tetra Elementals can be stolen from Master Tonberrys in the Omega Ruins.

There is a way to get Pendulums x99, but it will come at a very hefty price. Make your way through the Omega Ruins, until you fight Ultima Weapon at the end. If you bribe him with at least 1,400,000 gil, you should get Pendulums x99.

Still want more Pendulums? Well, this is a more difficult way to get them. Go to the Monster Arena, and fight an Original Creation known as Neslug. If you win the fight, you will recieve Pendulum x2.

For Dark Matters, go to the Monster Arena. Fight any of the created monsters. These would include the ones under Area Creations, Species Creations, and Original Creations. All of these monsters <I>eventually</I> drop Dark Matter x2, but not very often. They only drop them on rare occasions.

Or, specifically fight Ultima Buster, under Original Creations. If you win this fight, you will recieve Dark Matter x2, most of the time.



<B>whatever gives you ribbon</B>

I am not entirely sure of this, because I don't have the International version. But, I <I>think</I> you need Dark Matter x99, right?



<B>blessed gems</B>

There is a quick and easy way to get Blessed Gems. Go to the Monster Arena, and fight Cactuar King, under Area Creations. If you beat him, you will recieve Blessed Gem x6.

Or, fight a monster named Coeurlegina, under Area Creations. Steal from him, and on rare occasions, you will recieve a Blessed Gem.

One more, is to fight One-Eye, under Species Creations. Steal from him, and on rare occasions, you will recieve a Blessed Gem.



<B>the ones that give you flare</B>

To teach an aeon Flare, you will need Shining Gem x60. Go to the Monster Arena, and fight Coeurlegina. If you beat him, you will recieve Shining Gem x6.

Another way is to fight Abaddon at the Monster Arena, under Area Creations. Steal from him, and on rare occasions, you will recieve a Shining Gem.

Or, go to the Monster Arena, and fight Bomb King, under Species Creations. Steal from him, and you will recieve a Shining Gem, most of the time.

Lastly, fight Juggernaut in the Monster Arena, under Species Creations. Steal from him, and on rare occasions, you will recieve a Shining Gem.



<B>the ones that give you ultima</B>

This one is a little more difficult. To teach an aeon Ultima, you will need Supreme Gem x99. Fight an Area Creation known as Jormungand at the Monster Arena. If you defeat him, you will recieve Supreme Gem x4.



<B>tetra elements</B>

Go to the Omega Ruins, or to the Monster Arena. Fight a Master Tonberry. During battle, steal from him. You will recieve a Tetra Elemental, but only on rare occasions.



<B>the things which give you auto-haste</B>

To get Auto-Haste, you will need Chocobo Wing x80. Good thing is, there is a fast way to get lots of them. Go to the Omega Ruins, and fight an enemy called Machea. Bribe him with at least 356,000 gil, and you should recieve Chocobo Wing x50.



<B>those things which heal your party fully</B>

I believe you mean Megalixers. Go to Macalania Woods, and fight an enemy called Xiphos. Bribe him for at least 54,000 gil, and you should get a Megalixer. You may only get one at a time, but this item is extremely useful.



<B>Fortune and Stat Spheres</B>

One easy way for me to get Fortune Spheres was to go to the Monster Arena. Fight an Original Creation by the name of Earth Eater. If you win the fight, you will recieve Fortune Sphere x2, most of the time.

Stat Spheres are a little harder to come by. Go to Mt. Gagazet, and fight a monster called Maelspike. Bribe him for at least 200,000 gil, and you should recieve a Stat Sphere.
