Only one ending, no matter what.... unless you count the game over as an ending.

Youre not talking about the part, where you see Red XIII, do you?

Of course, if you shut off the game too soon, you wont see it, but this is not a second ending. Youll always see it.

Theres no second ending on FF VII. ;)

well i don't have my ff7 case right now (letting a friend brough the game) but i thought that on the back it said that there were 2 endings. maybe i red it wrong. or maybe it was talking about the scene with redd XIII.

hmmm....?

no there is only 1 ending that thing with Red XIII is like a preview into the future at what happens to Midgar and that Red XIII found happiness even after loosing Bughenhagen.(spelling?)

The thing with Red XIII shows the future 500 years later. And everybody knows, he can get old, so you can see 500 years for him, its just nothing. And you could see Midgar too(gras grew over it). This just shows theres finally peace on earth.... :)

Of course, there is only one ending..... ;)

Like everyone said, there's only one ending. Although when I check some other sites, some supposely said that if you're not nice to Aeris or treat Aeris bad, then you get the bad ending of where Midgar really gets destroy before Aeris's prayers can be reach. But I never saw that happen, so maybe it doesn't exist.

The whole aries thing that changes the ending is not true! But it would be good if they did have another ending something like showing us what there life was like after the the peace came?!

there was supposedly a second ending when you defeat the two WEAPONS (Ruby and Emerald) this has been proven by me and many others. the ending's good enough anyway isn't. you can't possibly want another one! LoL!!!

If you proved it, then why do you say "supposedly?" Something doesn't add up right.

Second Ending? Does anyone else have the strategy guide with the info provided directly by Square? because I've read it cover to cover and it doen't even hint at a second ending. I'm not saying that it doesn't exist, but why would square hide it? I have a friend who beat the game after beating both the weapons, and he didn't say anything about a second ending.

if there was a second ending, i would've found it by now cuz i believe the last time i finished the game which was sometime last year made 100. and i did everything in the game and....same ending. i'd like undeniable proof.

Well, there seems to be undenable proof that it DOESN'T exist.

There is definitely no second ending! But I was looking around in other sites, and it looks like this rumor goes around since a while.

And its funny. A lot of people talk about a second ending, but nobody can describe it.....

But theres no way to make another ending....it doesnt matter, what you do. If you want to kill the weapons or not, its all up to yourself. There wont be a different ending. ;)

FF7 movies folder. I dare not watch the ending movies right now. Learnt the lesson when the first movie I watched was Sephiroth killing Aeris.

Hmm, does this clear up the rumour?

lol any1 can edit or rename the movies
I renamed mine to -_-

Yeah, and also the ending was divided into three FMVs... so that kinda invalidates your reasoning right there.

NightmareKitty223

now i don't have any evidence, but i heard that if your mean to aeris you just won't see her face pop up when it shows the lifestream. i don't really believe that because showing aeris was kind of critical to the story line but...

anyone else hear anything like this???

Prak
07-22-2004, 06:18 AM
That isn't true. I was as mean as I could be to Aeris, but her face still showed up.

NightmareKitty223
07-22-2004, 03:59 PM
Yeah, i kind of figured that it wasn't

07-23-2004, 01:28 AM
i'm glad we cleared that up for you and hope that whatever i posted didn't sound too mean or that this doesn't... i mean really a second ending and no1 has confirmined it in 1234...7 years? be real!!!

PhildJacko

The "mean to Aeris" rumor may have come up because of the varying Golden Saucer dates. If somebody misread it, and started spreading that there were many endings, the rumor would have started.

I've only ever seen one ending. Not that I run through the game ith every possible combo of actions...

lol those are original movies just the endings of each disk. i believe there is only multiple disk on psx but anny way there is three ending videos one for each cd. that is wat they are.

im going to put this to rest once and for all. most people have played the PS version of FF7(or an iso). but most people HAVENT played the PC coversion, the second ending that most people talk about is the ending to the pc game which is slightly different the ps ending. does that clear this up for u. if u dont believe me buy the pc game for 5 on ebay and beat it urself to find otu. ther are some subtle differences but nothing major.
