When the city is running loose with monsters after Lunatic Pandora lands can you still but items from the shops their?

Yes the shops are still open, and i'm not one 100% as it's been so long since I last played it but I think another shop In The Center that was closed earlier in the game is now open.

Yes, and there�s an ability (Shop), one of your Aeons can learn. If you have that, you�ll be able to visit every shop, you�ve seen before. You don�t have to go to different places, you can go to the shops wherever you are right now (in your menue). That�s pretty cool. ;)

But if you want to go back to Esthar, you can always visit the shops. Some of them are closed very often. Just go back there later on. :)
