My favorite is "Eyes on Me" but I love the music in "1000 words"

I liked them all, but my favorite is Suteki da ne."

Suteki Da Ne is my favorite, and then Melodies of Life. 1000 Words is nice aswell, but I didn't like Eyes on me =\

The woman that sings "Melodies of Life" just has the most beautiful voice and it just gets me every time.
Then it's "Eyes on me" just because of the story surrounding it
"Suteki da ne" isn't great, but I can listen to it.
And "1000 words" is just lame!

It's hard to say. Melodically speaking, it's either "Eyes on Me" or " Suteki Da ne".

However, "Melodies of Life" has huge amounts of sentimental value.

I used to think that nothing could touch Suteki Da Ne, when I heard it during the Tidus and Yuna scene in Macalania Lake. But, then, FFX-2 came out, and with it, 1000 Words. I was immediately blown away by it.

This is my order:

1. 1000 Words
2. Suteki Da Ne
3. Eyes on Me
4. Melodies of Life

Definitely going with Melodies of Life. I think it really works well how they go with various versions of the song throughout the game and then finally at the end, you get the song. "So far and away / See the bird as it flies by / Gliding through the shadow..."

"Eyes on Me" and "1000 Words" are very close, but there's more of the feelings attached with "Eyes on Me." Particularly the ending FMV version.

Suteki Da Ne is by far my favorite. The vocal has such a nice voice. There is one particular remix where there is only the vocal and piano, which is really really the best. Its super hard to find though.

And also, whenever I hear this, the ending movie for FFX runs in my head

Final Fantasy X has a beautiful ending cinema. Do you like it's ending the best over the other games?

I voted for Melodies of Life, but I have to put a condition on that. I thought the Japanese version of the song was much better than the English. The translation changed the entire meaning of the song, and on top of that, the singer was inferior.

Well, you can't exactly say the singer is inferior, because the same chick that sang the Japanese version of the song also did the English version. You could say, though, that her singing of the English version was inferior to the way she sang the Japanese version.

Oh, and I know pretty much no Japanese myself except what bits and pieces I've been able to pick up from anime and this site. So if you can tell me somewhere that I can find an explanation or translation of the "original meaning" of the song, I'd be interested to see it.

Okay, you're right about the singer. I thought it was someone different. I still think she sounds better in Japanese.

I agree with Rinoa_Yuna. The english version is good too, but I like the Japanese one better.

2)1000 words vey good graphics on that bit too
3)Suteki Da ne loved the water bit between yuna and tidus
4)Melodies of Life very good too
