I think Aeris and Tifa would tag team and kill Yuffie because the're a good team, a Healer and a Fighter

agreed!yuffie is a brat so she wouldn't get a teammate.if they didn't team up, i would say tifa, she is generally the strongest of the 3.

Yuffie would just steal Aeris and Tifa's Materia before they could kick her ass. Yuffie then would use the materia she stole and beat there asses. Why didn't she just do that when she stole there Materia when she first stole them?

Well one of aeris's limit breaks is Seal Evil so she could stop everyone with that and then beat on them with her staff!(no offense to tifa or yuffie)then if they woke and hurt her then she could heal herself with healng wind!

i think yuffie didn't beat up the other characters the first time because she would lose horribly!the odds would be against her even if she had materia.

I don't know. Yuffie was around the same level as Cloud and sometimes higher if you don't raise you level high enough. I still don't think that makes sence.

well, yuffie is one of the weaker characters, so she would lose easier but also, just think about it. there are at least 7 characters after her,the materia is pretty average, her equipment doesn't have that much slots, and wel, she's ditsy so i think she would lose.

If they made the game so you can use all of the characters at one time then I would agree with you. But you can only use 3 at a time. But you still have a point though. There are items that can cast Fire3 or Bolt3 so even if they didn't have materia they could use the items aginst her.

If it was like a wrestling match, Tifa would definetly win. Say, that's kinda a funny idea! I'm getting a mental image of Tifa clotheslinign Aeris and Yuffie. And using the chair. And pledriving...is it just me, or is that kinda funny? Well yeah, getting back on the subject, if it was a fistfight, Tifa would win. If it was a battle of wits...I'm not sure, but I think Aeris would win. If it was a battle utilizing all of the girls abilities, then Aeris would definetly win. I don't think Yuffie would win anything, unless it was a battle where agility was a very dominant factor. No matter how annoying and clumsy she is, she does have good agility, if memory serves me correctly. It usually does, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hmmm....Aeris and Yuffie would definitely win. They were like sorta friends and respected each other...(Yuffie wouldn't being crying if Aeris wasn't important to her.) Aeris has those cool limit breaks that make her invincible and high magic/summoner skills as Yuffie is the one with physical attacks and her limit breaks does cause high damage. With these two combine, Tifa wouldn't win. Fists and feet would lose to shurikens and a rod with high limit breaks and high magic/summoning skills .

this is new if any of the girls could get the guy of ff7 who would they pick and who would win. Aeris would get cloud and they would be an unstopable force because they are the strongest characters

I agree. Aeris would be with Cloud. I say that because they both were confused and hurt in the inside but stay strong on the outside. They also came to understand each other very well and created a bond to each other that connects them. Even at the end, Cloud never gave up searching for Aeris knowing that she is his light. Cloud and Aeris makes a great team because Cloud's the cool guy with the big sword and Aeris is the great high magic/summoner user..which would make them totally unstoppable.

Tifa would choose....I don't know. I think she'd go with Cloud, but so would Aeris. Lucky bastard. Yuffie would choose a really rich, careless guy (Rufus?), or someone with a lot of materia (CLOUD?!).

Aeris would definatley win. Her magic skills are powerful, and her limit breaks could heal her, and Tifa, if she was with her. Aeris would use her magic , while Tifa uses her fists. That what I think anyway.

You know it! With Tifa and Aerith, you don't need to take the time to get them strong like how you have to with Yuffie! I have gotten Yuffie, she sucks!

why two vrs one? becuase you know that yuffie can win against one by one

Yuffie could do only 9999 damage on her level 4 limit, while Tifa could do 7000 damage with all of her Limits when you hit Yeah or Hit.

Now Aerith:
When Aerith casts Great Gospel, Aerith would be invulnerable to Yuffies All Creation because Aerith wouldn't take any damage.

So therefore, Tifa could do more damage to Yuffie than Yuffie could do more damage to Tifa. Aerith by herself would be invulnerable to Yuffie's attack. Therefore, Tifa could take on Yuffie byherself, and Aerith could take on Yuffie byherself. Thank You for your time.

I think Aeris would win, because she has "seal evil", that means the enemys can�t do that much anymore. In case they still hit her, she can just heal herself. :)

It doesn�t mean, she can�t hit someone with her weapon......she can hit, heal herself, hit again...... even if it takes longer to win, but that was not the question. ;)

Of course, if she had to fight in a team, she�d do good with Tifa. :D

And if Aeris is by herself, she would still win. Her physical attacks may be weak, but her magic isn't. Aeris would be able to heal herself if Yuffie attacks. But then maybe Yuffie's attack wouldn't do much damage if Aeris uses the barrier materia. Also, Aeris' limit breaks would fill up faster if she took a lot of damage. Then she would use Great Gospel or which ever limit she wants. Tifa would win easily too. Because Tifa could do a lot of damage with her limits, if it's Yeah, or Hit. Yuffie is typicaly a weak fighter (to me). Yuffie has only one healing limit, that doesn't help as much as Aeris' healing wind. So therefore Aeris and Tifa would win. :) ;)

that means that you don't play with yuffie because she doen't look cool??? it doesn't matter if someboddy look cool or not,for example quina ff9 she is a good character to play with if you know how to play but the most of the people doesn't like her because of her boddy or ervine on ff8 most of the people don't like to use ervine most of the people play with quistis or selphie or riona but ervine could be more useful than quistis and the other two but never like zellXD so try and play with the ones you don't like and you'll see that somehow they are useful XD

I didn't find Yuffie as much fun as Tifa and Aerith either. I thought Yuffie's weapons were cheesy, I mean come on; a tennis ball and a paper crane!? What kind of weapons are those!? Only enough to hurt a kitten! Tifa's weapons were cooler; tigers claws, knuckles, Premium Heart nicely designed! Aerith's weapons were mystical and cool too!

Not exactly. Yuffie limit breaks were a lot better than Tifa. The spinning roulette thing got irritating and boring. How many times must I wait there before I get a Hit or a Yeah for high damage? Waiting for that is too long and then you get a hit damage from the enemy.

You can't speak for everyone. I had Yuffie in my team till the end of the game. She was very useful and I'll have to agree with Leo that Yuffie is a bit more powerful than Tifa, limit break wise and attacking with weapon wise. She's a ninja...her weapons are cool, even if she attacks with a pinwheel. You can't really say Yuffie sucks if you hadn't bother to trained her or put her in your group. Its like saying Cait Sith sucks because he only have two limit breaks and used a microphone as a tool. Cait Sith is pretty cool and can be strong too, just like Yuffie. I've played mutiple times and always trained all of the group members for equal opportunity. Yuffie stole one and try to redeem herself. At least she didn't hide the truth and pretend like nothing happen...like someone did. She admit straight out right that she was sorry and why she did it. She still have the urge to steal but she change and mature a bit after Aeris died.
But then this thread is suppose to be a one on one battle. Weapon-wise of attacking physical attacks: Yuffie's win. She at least do more hit damage than Tifa. I know because she was in my team along with Tifa, equipped with their upgraded weapons.
Limit Break wise: Aeris wins. Tifa nor Yuffie can neither touch her or will be able to move a inch, once Seal Evil is cast.
Magic/Summoning wise: Aeris wins. Tifa nor Yuffie neither has that enough high MP or the skills. Aeris is the high magic/summoner user and would have the advantage. Just like Rinoa, Garnet, or Yuna. That's what Aeris equal to.
That's how the one-on-one battle should be like.

Yeah, but Tifa's slots were easier than Cait Sith's because they go alittle slower. I found it easy to not miss on Tifa's limits. You may not like the slots, but it's just like me saying I don't like Yuffie's paper crane or her tennis ball. I thought those were cheesy. I think Tifa's limits were better than Yuffies and I thought Tifa's limits were good because you can use all of them at the same time and does a big combo of damage. But if you don't like them because they can miss, that's your thougt. I have different thoughts and that's okay too. Aerith has better healing limits than Yuffie, and I think Aerith and Tifa win on my count.

You're right! Aerith is the best magic user and she's the white mage of the party. In FFX Yuna was the summoner as well as the white mage, so Aeirth would win using the summons.

Yuffie is better than Tifa! How can you all be so blind as to say Yuffie's Limits suk All Creation is the worst! Her best limit is Doom of the Living and with it she will dominate Tifa. Aeris would win though because her limits are awesome maybe the best in the game(sans Cloud;) ) Also Yuffie is an awesome character I use her all the time. Her speed is excellent and her magic abilities are top notch because she has massive amouts of MP! Also her Conformer makes her an awesome character for morphing all those enemies.

I am with Yuffie too. She is powerful in magic and strength and Doom of the Living is the best once you power it up fully. (Strength + Luck Sources)

However, to be fair, I will agree that once Aeris starts throwing out all that Seal Evil and Great Gospel stuff, she's probably going to win. But ah well.


Oh, and by the way, Yuffie's limit is better than Tifa's trash once it's powered up.

That's good that you're a fan of all three girls! I just like Tifa and Aerith better. But that's good that you like all of them. It's just that my Tifa in my game did more damage than Yuffie.

Rikku_Kitty, Yuffie is a ninja, but Tifa's not just a kickboxer, she's also a marial artist and has some ninja in her. Yuffie may be fast, but Tifa would have higher defense than Yuffie. With Aerith and Tifa together(because they were the best of friends), they are invulnerable to Yuffie. But I won't start an Aerith and Tifa vs. Yuffie because that's not fair. I think Tifa would beat Yuffie. I still think Tifa's limits are better than Yuffie's. I remember a game where I did use Yuffie, than I used Tifa and I thought Tifa was way better at doing damage.

If I remember correctly, Aeris and Tifa would always talk to each other. Like in Junon, Yuffie didn't talk to Aeris. Yuffie talked to Red 13 instead. Also, Tifa talked to Aeris more than Yuffie did. So I think that Aeris and Tifa were better friends.

You are 100% correct alhana! Tifa and Aerith were always talking to eachother in Junon and Cosmo Canyon! That's what I keep telling people! I also saw Yuffie talking to RedXIII instead, they make a nice couple! Tifa did pay more attention to Aerith and liked her better so they were better friends. Tifa & Aerith all the way!

i found tifa's limits very easy to use.u dont always have to get the yeahs! u can just get the hits and those are really easy to get because theres so many of them.she hits 7 times and if you do it right u can get all of the yeahs and take out more than yuffie!(prolly not cloud tho!:) )but if u dont like the spining slots then ur missin out on somthin good!
