No, trust me. After the King of Baron dismisses Cecil from the Red Wings, him and Kain leave the castle on their journey to Mist. As soon as you step outside of the castle, that message plays.

Oh, gotcha. Well, I'll say it this way then:

That message is played for FFII on SNES. And, we all know by now that FFII for the SNES is now FFIV, these two different releases of the same game play a different message after you leave Baron. But, the messages are pretty similar.
