You know that Barret has the gun grafted onto his arm? How does he remove it to equip a new one? I mean, surely it would be a painful and unpleasant experience to have your arm yanked off and then refitted?

Yeah, yeah, I know this is fantasy, but I thought I'd just point it out. ;D

I think he has a sort of klick on system on his arm which can attach the gun...

But then again it is very strange that there are about 10 or 20 guns that are specially made for him and Dyne or something cause there are not more people with such an arm...

ok, i do admit that the specialized weapons for everyone is wierd... but as for barrett, i think there's a 'base' for the gun on his arm, and then he can pull off the middle part, and put on another peice! like hook's hand!

Hey just to let you guys Know Vincent is on advents children he looks really cool also...Lucrecia is on there Tifa looks good and that there are 3 childreen *wink wink* advent children ones in her teens another is a male about 20 or so and the others a little older then that it seems that they are clones and it definately has something to do with Vincent also the 3 clones have different weapons at the start they have guns but they may have a special ability by the looks of it the fight on the ac trailer looks like the final battle and the sword that mystery person is holding seems to be the masamune snapped in half and crafted back together

How does Barret fire his various guns? What does he pull the trigger with? It's not like a nub can pull a trigger, can it?

Yeah I think he can fire it just like using a prothese-arm (if this is english..) Just act like you pull the trigger and your brainwaves send out a message which actually fires the gun in some way...


Well just a thought im not sure too...

maybe it's got something to do with certain muscle contractions... although if he accidentally screwed up, or flinched, or just had a twitch... he better watch where he's pointing that thing!

Where do you get Cid's final weapon? I read that it's in the Temple of the Ancients (my favorite part), but I have gone in every room tons of times trying to find it.

It's definitely NOT in the Temple of the Ancients.

The weapon can be found in Rocket Town. Someone will need to confirm this to me, but if you talk to the old man who was so fascinated with the rocket after it's lifted, he'll give you the weapon.

The Mop is found in the Temple of the Ancients (although where, I'm afraid the guide I am looking at does not specify.) It can also be bought in Junon on disk 2 of the game. (On the second floor in the materia shop, is what the guide states.)

I am guessing that the creators did it in order to make you think each room had a special item in and just made you explore the dungeon thoroughly. I have not heard of a way through the stone walls. A pity, but there is still some cool stuff to be found.

i think i have the answer to the firing question whenever you see him shoot e puts his hand over his gun right???? so he must like press a secret button to make it shoot problem solved goodnight everybody
