It's very odd that they have not released the album digitally yet, after nearly two months...even if it was really worth importing, expecially for the gadgets that are included and the great quality of the digipak.

It might be a problem with iTunes and / or Licensing... Sq.Enix tend to be really picky from what I've been told / seen in the past. It might buy the physical version at some point, the music is good! I was expecting a lil' more of Dancing Mad tho :) It's awesome, it's just not awesomer than awesome :)

You could be right, infact mr Uematsu doesn't own the rights of the music that he composed as a member of Squaresoft. Anyway, I had higher expectations for non Final Fantasy tracks than for Final Fantasy ones, simply because Earthbound Papas are something different from The Black Mages. They have more freedom than the previous band, and this is reflecting in their music. Dancing Mad with a vocal choir is astonishing, but what really surprised me was the soul feeling of Toneless or the psychedelia of Anthony's Dream...aside from the old good progressive rock of the other tracks. EBP and expecially Nobuo Uematsu, are much more than Final Fantasy...

Hehe! I'd say, I just discovered the newest work of Uematsu and it's fun to see him do some Not FF music. It's interesting to see how he evolved. Even FF14:Before Meteor is miles away from FF. But yeah FF songs sells that for sure. No ones know Lord of Vermilion or Lost Odyssey that much. Anyway, good album, I'm on my 5th listen and it's really nice!!! I'm really curious to see what will new Uematsu album will look like.

No I haven't noticted yet, I'm not familiar with him, but these users SUCK like hell! Complaining for specific file formats or hosters. Man, just buy the music yourself and then rip it yourself and post it yourself!!

I didn't share a loseless format version of this album because I think that if you want full quality for this music you simply have to pay the rightful owners of it by importing the album. I've opened myself this thread hoping that someone would have shared this music sooner or later, expecially because I feared the Italian customs policy that is extremely annoying in matter of importation from extra EU countries. In the end I decided to import the album and I chose to share it in this forum expecially because after two months since its release there's still no way to download it in any digital store. So consider it as a "preview", cause if you really are a fan of Uematsu san and you really want that EBP project had a future, all you should do is to buy the physical or eventually digital version of this album. That is the way to enjoy of an enhanced quality of this music.

Finding this album is turning out to be quite difficult. So far, the source linked to here by Locke88 is the only one I've come across, and the download link seems to be dead now. Any hope for a re-up? I wouldn't mind better quality, though (V0 and/or FLAC are my preferred formats).

I'd probably buy it if I found a decent, understandable shop from which to buy it. The usual PlayAsia and YesAsia don't seem to carry it, and the official website is difficult for me to understand, and the price seems a bit high...

That's a shame, that Dogear/EP are being so anal retentive about this album. Not only can we not pirate it, but we can't barely so much as buy it.

7/10 tracks of this album are available on youtube (and they came directly or indirectly from the CD that I have imported, I'm sure of this), so if you wanna preview the album you should have no problems at all. I'm sorry but I'm not going to reupload the album for now, so please buy your copy and support this wonderful band.

It's strange you won't reup it. I've purchased the three black mages albums and octave theory but I simply cannot afford to pay $60 for a CD right now (school...) Oh well, I'm sure it will find a way online sooner than later.
