This is a complete rip of the PC version of Deus Ex - Invisible War. Each track is looped and faded out, similar to the style of the Final Fantasy Soundtracks.

I put this together many years ago and unfortunately didn't hold on to the lossless. These are V2 mp3s and do ok. One day when I get a bit of time I might re-do the same thing for a lossless version.

This does NOT include the NG Resonance tracks by Kidneythieves, as these can be purchased commercially (e.g. iTunes)

They are on the album Trickstereprocess, I believe it's these tracks:

Taxicab Messiah
S+M (A Love Song)
Swanmate
Feathers
Creater
Layers

Ion Storm released the official OST for free - I remember downloading it off their website way back in the day. Fortunately it was archived on the web, here's a link (http://www.fileplanet.com/139383/130000/fileinfo/Deus-Ex:-Invisible-War-Soundtrack)

Alright, I've spent quite a bit of time comparing this score to the OST and the other rips that are floating around.

It appears that this is indeed the most complete collection of music from DXIW currently available on the internet.

However, a few things appear to be missing:

https://www.mediafire.com/?rc0j7rx8ncxt0zn

1) ANTARCTICA OUTSIDE JC LAIR - The background track played right outside JC's Lair, from the upper snow path until the entrance node.

2) CAIRO MOSQUE - This is the main track inside the mosque of Cairo. It plays in the basement, and on the walkways around the center.

3) HOLOKIOSK - A short clip of the "Feathers" song, which plays at the holokiosks of NG Resonance. Not sure if it's important enough to include, but here it is.

4) JC LAIR HELIOS NODES - The background score for the Helios Nodes in JC's Lair.

5) QUOTE FILES - The background music that play in the secret ending level, which you can only enter by putting a flag in Manderley's office in the UNATCO ruins and flushing the toilet (yeah, it's weird...). You can read several quotes of the developers there.

6) UNATCO INTERIOR RUINS - A song played on Level 2 and 3 of the former UNATCO building. Everything is ruined and occupied by homeless people who give hilarious comments on the former inhabitants.

7) LIBERTY ISLAND - The main score played on Liberty Island.

The [0:28.435-1:28.028] section corresponds to the [1:03.664-2:03.761] section in the 3-60 - Liberty Island Hub track in the complete score. Meaning that the intro segment at [0:00-0:28] is unique.

Also, I went through the actual OST piece by piece. I found some interesting things there too:

1) Track #2 - Tarsus Apartments:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFagI47w8Kk&list=PL31AC57CD78BE9BC9&index=3

-The little sound cue that plays at [1:01-1:05] in not in the score. The segment that follows afterwards is 1-05 - Tarsus Under Attack from the complete score, so I'm not sure if it was intended to be a part of it or just a general "surprise" cue.

2) Track #6 - Cairo - Mosque:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNRDdviPu_4&list=PL31AC57CD78BE9BC9&index=7

-The segment at [0:51-1:32] is the CAIRO MOSQUE track included in the archive above.

3) Track #11 - Antarctica - JC Denton's Lair
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUqGixaXDYQ&list=PL31AC57CD78BE9BC9

-The segment at [0:25-1:54] is 3-54 - JC's Lair track from the complete score. The segments that play before and after it in the track appear to be the JC LAIR HELIOS NODES track included in the archive above.

4) Track #12 - Return to Cairo - Shantytown & Arcology:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_Qz9l_nUcQ&list=PL31AC57CD78BE9BC9

-The segment at [2:00-2:12] is unknown.

5) Track #13 - Liberty Island - Statue Exterior:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjRhPVqyOls&list=PL31AC57CD78BE9BC9

-The segment at [1:25-2:57] is the LIBERTY ISLAND track included in the archive above. The segments that play before and after it in the track appear to be the 3-62 - Island Illuminati track from the complete score.

BTW, if anyone's interested in the NG Resonance tracks, fishonthecarpet's original release should have them.

Wow! That's alot of work. Thanks for the information.

The small snippets of NG Resonance tracks were available in the rip from memory, I just didn't include them because it makes more sense to have the full Kidneythieves tracks.

I'll make a note to hunt the game for those extra tracks some day.

---------- Post added at 04:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:44 PM ----------

FYI, I may have found lossless files burnt to CD as audio before I made the MP3 conversion. I'm not 100% sure that it wasn't burnt from the MP3s, but it's possible they weren't.

If anyone cares enough, I can upload an example track for someone to compare - if it turns out to be better quality, I can upload the whole collection in lossless.

Just confirmed that the Holokiosk track corresponds to [2:55-3:32] of Kidneythieves' Feathers track, meaning it can be safely disergarded.

...I truly deeply definitely needs this soundtrack in lossless.
Also is there a way to get the Elevator music from the apartments at the beginning, and the music that plays over the speakers in the Cafe? The fun Jazzy number?

Now that I think about it some more, getting this in lossless may be tough, if I recall correctly the game files were already in OGG format.

That music is included, it's the very last track.
