Cause if you are, then be warned this is not a soundtrack, but a movie itself on a Laser Disc (LD). It's listed in an incorrect category (music), while the pictures of an actual item reveal that it's a movie, not an OST.
The OST has a very similar cover, but notice the letters "Manie-Manie" are in white color: 迷宮物語 オリジナルサウンドトラック[完全版] (http://www.suruga-ya.jp/database/120004631001.html?gcsct=0ChMIsMO6xsCVuQIV5DGmCh1pN AAAEAA)

I don't speak or read Japanese.
Yet it's wasn't difficult to find Neo Tokyo OST. I just went to wiki page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo_Tokyo_(film)) and copy/pasted Japanese title "迷宮物語" into Suruga-ya's search field. They had it If you want in their catalog but it was currently unavailable, you can still see sold out items on their site, just gotta click "On" next to 品切れ表示, which is above search results.

Normally I check 3 sites to see if the stuff I'm looking for is available from any of them: YAJ, Suruga-ya, Amazon.jp
Amazon.jp had it.

I have a small simple favour. I was wondering if you guys could make me a list of as many companies that do that whole middle man service for buying things online from Japan in a hierarchy of best to worse. I am for sure going to buy at least one copy of the mani mani cd and the laserdisc at the end of the month. I am pretty sure that I will attempt to use the best one but I think there might be a slight chance that I might have pissed the guy / guys off because I e-mailed them too many times without actually having the funds ready via PayPal. I am going to wait until the funds are loaded on prepaid credit cards that are linked to the PayPal before I even think of contacting the people and I know there is at least one other company. But if I had a list regardless of how small that would rock.

I got the Manie - Manie CD in the mail this morning. It cost me $130.00 CND but it was worth it
I just used iitunes to rip four ciopies and I am listening to one right now. I will probably never play the original disc.

I was original going to use thstbYakotta shopping service but it took too long for them to respond so I thought I e-mailed those guys too many times without having the funds ready so I thought they did not want my business so I used the nor they starts with O. Are you saying that's a rip from a Blurray . Are you telling me Neo-Tokyo has a bluray release
Or is that just a DVD rip someone called HD. does HD mean bluray ?

It's a recent HD (high-definition) remastered broadcast. No release or announcement for a Blu-ray release yet.
