I recommend using JDownloader (http://jdownloader.org:8081/download/index) if you have troubles downloading the files with your browser of choice.
I'm no expert when it comes to video (playback). I'm using Combined Community Codec Pack (http://www.cccp-project.net/). That should be able to playback the 10-bit video.
