You could say that this is a thread to post any VGM which is supposedly overshadowed by the the big names in gaming. Not a topic for requests, per se--any game that a member comes across and desires to have posted can be done in the appropriate section. Here, though, is where you can freely share obscure OSTs from video games and discuss which ones are your favorites. Even remixes and arrangements are fine.

Certainly. I'm enthusiastic to discover more soundtracks myself, so any input is appreciated. Really is a shame how much good music goes under the radar, regardless of whether a game's mechanics are good or bad.

Speaking of people not caring, Pandora's Tower, although recently released, has a nice score which very few people seem to be interested in. There's only one uploader on Youtube who has the whole thing, but with no track names. Therefore, I would count it to have a somewhat obscure OST.

well wow, where would I start haha. i can send you a .txt form of my vgm playlist, and basically everything on there is good in my opinion (or else I wouldn't have it :P).

off the top of my head, games with genius soundtracks that get little to no love include battle mania daiginjou (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YC0QDkKKZP0) (blows anything else on the genesis out the water), harvest moon BTN (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Az-HOsn3TYM) (simple and sweet tracks you will hear on loop alot, but the melodies are sooo good), yume nikki (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5MXP5etPSo) (weird atmospheric dark ambient songs that loop every 5-10 secs, but it's strangely good stuff), anything by alberto jose gonzalez (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzG-PqmWjuQ) (mastered the game boy soundchip, and only gameboy fans seem to know of him), and like 100 other soundtracks I can't remember. :/
