His work is orchestrated by Nicholas Dodd (David Arnold, Kevin Kiner). I enjoy his courage to go back to old school lyricism and use of the entire orchestra.

Yes!! But only vaguely, I heard it in 'kronos' and a few other tracks.

Finished listening to it. Good score, I would have like it to have less electronic but it is not a deal breaker. That being said it is nowhere near as good as Journey 2. Not even in the same league.

The use of eletronic makes this score sound... cheap. Generic rhythm. Not exactly a memorable main theme.

Ottman's Jack the Giant Slayer earlier in the year was much better.

I would take this "generic drivel" anytime of the day over the highly overrated efforts coming from Zimmer this year!

Even though there is a lot of electronics it still has great themes. Imagine if he had a real budget to work with.
