You can sample some it on You Tube: The Hellstrom Chronicle (1971).

The OST was re-released by Aleph Records (on CD) in 2003

I was impressed by the film too when I saw it many moons ago. The ant photography was stunning and terrifying. The film just overplayed its hand a little with the constant invocation of the "final fight between men and insects".
