Any Ideas on what would have changed if aries lived in the US version of the game??

What would've changed about the story? Well, the prayer may or may not have been answered... We don't know for sure if Aeris needed to be with the Promised Land for Holy to be heard. (Holy being the magic of the planet, and such.)

Then again, maybe she would've stopped Cloud handing the Black Materia over somehow on the second disk? You just don't know, and you're not likely to know either.

aries is not a sheep, it's a ram! lol, anyways... if aeris did live, well the game would be suckily easy, cuz all you'd have to do is fill her limit break, get into a fight with emerald (and then ruby) and just make yourself invincible for the battle...

If she would have lived, then Final Fantasy VII wouldn't be the greatest Final Fantasy of all time.

he meant what would be different in our version, as opposed to what they would change in another version... japan has a different culture than us so her living could make 2 different endings spawn... (really i just like having the last word! lol)

no, i'm just saying... if she didn't die, logically from our standpoint, that would require a redo, and to do so, since we already have an american version, if both sides decided to make her live (which the japanese wouldn't do cuz they're not stupid like americans... and DON'T try to get mad at me for that one... i am an american) but yeah, if we both did make a new storyline in which aeris lived, theirs would be different from ours... so he's (or she, i dunno around here) just saying, what would it mean to english speaking peoples to have aeris alive in terms of storyline...
