Found this online a short while ago and decided to upload it.

Some things to look out for are the similar track names that may look like duplicates, but they have differing lengths. The other thing is that tracks 48-64 are all vocal snippets or sound effects, so delete those if you want.

EDIT : I just realised that this album contains the original arcade soundtrack (and arrange soundtrack. Maybe the Sega Saturn version ?)
