Sometimes it will say that the download is temporarily unavailable, but refreshing will often fix that.

Do a hard refresh, or simply re-open the window. I tested it again, and I guarantee you that it is working.

Still, if it continues to tell you the download is temporarily unavailable, perhaps the servers are at maximum, so give it some time and try anew after a few minutes.

It was my computer it wouldn't load the ncrypt website but my laptop does. Both of them would access the download site. Thanks for your help.
