Academy Award, Grammy, and Golden Globe-winning composer Hans Zimmer composed the music for this highly anticipated project, joining forces for the first time with director Zack Snyder.
The challenges of creating a Superman score are daunting because Superman is so iconographic, said Snyder. I really feel like what Hans created is perfect. Subtle and stirring, epic and commanding. Honestly, Hans crushed it.
Both the standard and deluxe editions will include the epic track Man of Steel (Hans Original Sketchbook) which clocks in at over 28 minutes long. This exclusive track is performed solely by Zimmer, and allows listeners to experience firsthand his initial experiments with the film's music, which ultimately lay the foundation for the film's final score.

On Wednesdays, after school, I repair electrical appliances free of charge.

I am an abstract artist, a concrete analyst, and a ruthless bookie. Critics worldwide swoon over my original line of corduroy evening wear. I don't perspire. I am a private citizen, yet I receive fan mail. I have been caller number nine and have won the weekend passes. Last summer I toured New Jersey with a traveling centrifugal-force demonstration. I sleep once a week; when I do sleep, I sleep in a chair. While on vacation in Canada, I successfully negotiated with a group of terrorists who had seized a small bakery. I balance, I weave, I dodge, I frolic, and my bills are all paid.

On weekends, to let off steam, I participate in full-contact origami. Years ago I discovered the meaning of life but forgot to write it down. I have made extraordinary four course meals using only a mouli and a toaster oven. I breed prize-winning clams. I have won bullfights in San Juan, cliff-diving competitions in Sri Lanka, and spelling bees at the Kremlin.

I have played Hamlet, I have performed open-heart surgery, and I have spoken with Hans Zimmer.

Suggestion: Make a sticky for MoS for one month so that everyone sees it that it was already posted.

Also, this is the 4th thread for Man of Steel that has other people insulting the version I've come across and/or saying that there are already a million threads for Man of Steel - which leads me to ask, "Where?" Clearly these other threads are noted because there is something wrong with the threads I'm coming across. I'm just looking for Man of Steel (preferably a valid expanded version, if available). So, will someone please point out at least one of these gazillion threads which ARE valid?
