The Undertaker shows he's one of the good guys - Houston Chronicle (http://www.houstonchronicle.com/life/hoffman/article/The-Undertaker-shows-he-s-one-of-the-good-guys-4596924.php)

I very strongly recommend that interview to even the most casual Taker/wrestling fan.

After reading it, all I can say is I have had unlimited respect for Taker. But after reading that interview, I really can't put into words how I feel about him. To feel such an obligation after putting your body through endless hell for nearly 30 years, that you'll continue despite injuries that would force anyone else into retirement by this point......Taker is the Conscious of the entire industry and the most respected individual in the industry. And rightfully so. This is just one of the countless reasons why.

Taker's been tied with Kane and Sting for years as being my three most favorite (still active) wrestlers. I'm okay with that tie never breaking and I cannot see that happening as I have too much respect for them to pick one over the others.
