No. the sessions of Rise of the Guardians had names and slate numbers, same with the DH1 demos. New Moon didn't had slate numbers, but it has names.

I know that from the sheet posted on Ebay, that 7M55 is called Cleared Iranian Airspace. And 7M56 is called Thank You, Canada (it wasn't used in the film).

Can any body knows which tracks use in the film and which aren't?

It's real. In the scoring session video you can see some slates. 7m55 is labeled as Cleared Iranian Airspace, 7m54 is called Chase The Plane, 7m56 is Thank You, Canada. I have a cuesheet of the score which is labeled as 1M2 V.5 Persian Empire.

If you don't mind my saying so, that's a pretty daft thing to say. The fact that you have those 20/30 sec cues points to it being totally legit - record labels rarely ever release cues of that length on official OSTs, and when you watch the film whilst listening, you can hear just why the composer composed them. That's what film scores are all about. A perfect example is Randy Newman's score to Toy Story 3 - we have the complete score as released on the limited release C&C - and Disc 2 has all the cues (no matter how short and supposedly insignificant) from the thrilling escape from Sunnyside Daycare centre. A large number of cues (tracks 7 - 20 to be precise) are under 30 seconds long, but all together they make up the complete score to that part of the film.
