The link at jmlangdon's thread Thread 95441 still works.
According to the back cover track list there actually are 41 tracks (an alternate version of "You Are the True Protector"), but the alternate is not included in the upload.

Update:

Working link (not mine) for alternate version found here http://www.myfreemp3.cc/mp3/frizzell+you+are+the+true+protector#.
Click on download button for track that is 2:12 (2 seconds shorter than original), page should open to http://safeurl.eu/1MKJ where you click on Continue button (occasionally a pop-up appears first).
Didn't notice much difference between the two tracks.
