Unlikely. I tried the link and everything worked fine. Possible causes of refresh:

- Make sure you're using the correct password (there's one in the Spoiler, and a different one in BOSS LADY's signature).
- Try to delete MediaFire's cookies stored on your computer, in the past refreshing of pages was caused by them.
