You got it from a toneberry right? I think (and this is a guess) that it is 9999+.


um.....why dont you just use it on an enemy?

What Yunie235 said. Unless you're trying to collect all of the Blue Bullets, it's not really any more particularly special than any of the other better abilities.

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">If you want to know without having have an oversouled Mega Tonberry use it on you, line up 3 flowers with Random Reels and you'll use it.

In my experience it always did 9999, but that was before I had Break Damage Limit, so I'd have to try again to give you a real value. Obviously a higher magic stat helps.
