I'm looking for any links to director commentary tracks. I'm trying to build a collection. Right now I have quite a few John Carpenter ones, minus Assault on Precinct 13, The Fog, Vampires, and a few others. What are some good suggestions for commentary tracks? Are there good sites that are archives/hubs?

I realise this is an old thread but I too am looking for commentary tracks. I do have the Assault on Precinct 13 commentary track requested above and would be happy to upload it if it is still wanted? I am looking hard for commentary tracks for The Princess Bride (I have two ogg files would prefer one AC3), Miracle on 34th Street (1947) (Maureen O'Hara commentary), Back to the Future and Wrath of Khan. Thank you!

A thought. If you have some commentaries already, pack and upload them in a thread on the download forum. Title it Director Commentaries and such. There is a better chance it will be seen, and maybe once you get the ball rolling, others will join in?

I have quite a few although I'm having trouble locating many of them at the moment.

I believe I archived them to DVD to free up some space on my external HD Drives.

Sure why not...they're only around 200mb each. As regards your DVD may I suggest PgcDemux (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/PgcDemux). I haven't looked into DVD demuxing for a few years but this worked back in the day! Thanks!

Yes, its a super huge and truly excellent resource for movie commentaries.

I just wish there was a similar one for TV shows as well. Can't find a location anywhere on the net for them.
