[B][I][U][SIZE=3][FONT=courier new][COLOR=crimson]so ive been coming to this site for all my FF needs when i started a new ff, FinalFantasy: MysticQuest. I got stuch and looked for a walkthru here and there wasnt even a FF:MQ section!!!!:( :o y not??? so anyway i was submitting FF6 stuff on the the shrine needs help thread when i realised this, but no1 talked after me, everyone ran off to do their daily buisness and * so now i cant submit the MQ rom and snes emulator, + Walkthru and so on... So i could have helped the shrine by adding a whole new section for them, but oh no theyre too busy now. i just hope they see this thread becuz its exactly what they need:o :o

Most people are trying to forget Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest.

If you just now started playing it, I recommend that you stop.

I'm not a huge fan on MQ (I never owned the game XD).

I wouldn't expect much people to cover it since it was really a medicore Final Fantasy game that originated from the US and never hit Euro Territories.

We might cover it, we'll just have to see. :O

Awfully sorry, but the people who work for this page and who post here aren't robots. There's no need for yelling and complaining because someone didn't react to a post you made. Also, content doesn't just write itself, and people are still working on the main page. There's no need to apologize for a certain kind of content not yet being added. Like Hanh said, so far no one has really had the time/interest to work on FFMQ.

I for one think that FFMQ section is not a bad idea at all. I love FFMQ its one of the best ffs ever along with FFT and the Shrine has a section for that. I dont want make it seem like anybody is Barking out orders but I will say that if its a posible it would be kinda rad!;)

Mystic Quest's entire storyline was "Do ___ to the four crystals" (forgot what _____ was >.>) "Kill boss of game with Cure"

Not a good game, in my opinion. But it did have one really cool idea that hasn't been used in any other Final Fantasy.... the use of weapons out of battle, like having to explore a forest, so you use an Axe to chop down the trees; a Claw to climb up walls; that's all I remember.

I think some people dont like FFMQ becuase there wasnt alot of Hype about it like FF7 or FFX-2. Its a hard game to come by I wish I still had my copy. *kicks himself for discarding FFMQ*:(

I've never played FFX-2, nor will I, as I doubt I'll ever play FFX again. I didn't enjoy FFVII as much as most people, and the more I think about the storyline the more religious parallels I see and the less I like it.


MQ had none of that, though :P. A friend gave me my copy 'cause he said the game was crap.

No, I don't think that MQ is as good as FFVII or FFX or any other FF part for that matter... Sure there was no hype, but it'd never have been comparable to those games, even with the most hype of all...
The plot was boring, the fighting system wasn't much of a challenge, the "characters" were types, but no characters... :(

Toastandbananas, so maybe we make you laugh, but did you read what I said before? FFShrine is still work in progress. People are still writing the site's content, and it's all far from finished, well, never really will.
FFMQ isn't top priority, but it's very well possible that sooner or later there'll be a FFMQ section. As soon as someone gets around to DO it. Everyone here has a life to lead, too, you know?
I don't know what you think this is. Don't be upset if no one says: "Yes sir, whatever you say, we obey!" and hurries to fix you your content as quick as possible!

I dont remember saying that FFMQ is on the same level as FF7 & FFX/X-2. I was just trying to say that maybe some people might discredit it because the release didnt come with tons of media hype or any hype for that matter.;)

I doubt it. All people I've heard talk bad about FFMQ had actually played it and give good reasons for why they dislike it. Nothing to do with the amount of hype... Btw, the music was nice.
