I found out how get ultima magic easily to 100 with every character...

In Esthar before the end of disc three, there's one place where is black person/thing in screen. If you press action button in front of it, it says something like 'Heehahaheehee' and the battle with Elnoyle begins. Put 'Mug' ability to someone and mug it before killing it. Put death to your status attack, and you can kill Elnoyle easily. You should get 2 or 4 energy crystals.

With 'Tool-RF' you can make 2 ultima stones from one energy crystal. And after you have beaten Elnoyle, just leave the screen, come back, and the Elnoyle is back! You can do this as many times as you want! Like this you can collect lots of energy crystals and so get ultima to 100 pretty fast.

Or Seeing as how the Seeds tests Are Piss Easy Get Yourself To a Rank Seed and pick Up An Hourly paycheck Of 50k Gil... Then Goto The Village At the top Of the World map... (Forget Its Name? I Think Its moomba Village but?) At the Entrance Theres A Dude Guarding a Draw Point... Pay Him 5000 Gil For Acces to The Draw Point... I Think its Between 4 and 8 Ultimas... So Thats A Fair few Each Paycheck...

Shumi village.

And that is the best place to get Ultima along with island closest to hell and heaven, they have at least 4 Ultima draw points.

Nope that draw piont is constantly usable because all of my characters have 100 ultimas that way. Also you have to wiat awhile for that draw point to fill up again.

Drawing from Shumi is slow. After you have draw once, it takes some time that draw point recovers. I still think that it's fastest way to beat elnoyle's.

Yes, but you only get one Ultima from beating an elnoyle where as if you draw it from Shumi village you atleast get 8. Also you don't always get Energy crystals from Elnoyles.

That's true that elnoyle is not giving energy crystals every time. But you can actually get 4 energy crystals by mugging. From 4 energy crystals you can make 8 ultima stones. So...what do you mean by saying "you only get one Ultima from beating an elnoyle"?

You need the Elnoyle to be around level 100.

no not 600 i drew 300,but i didnt need 600,because i dont use anybody but squall,zell,and rinoa

With max or near-max magic, I can draw 300 Ultima Weapon from Ultima Weapon fairly quickly. Of course, 600 draw is not possible since you can only use 3 characters in the battle. Also, Ultima Weapon has a common (but not guaranteed) drop 100 Ultima Stones, which refine into 100 Ultima spells.
