With the cancellation of Touch, 24 gets revived. Anyone sad or happy about this? Never saw either show and am curious as to whether I should check them out.

i will surely watch this "revival", although: it has a different cast?
and as far as i know it covers 2 hours in one? or something like that?

While I didn't see the original, I know thanks to Wikipedia that the doctor from the Dark City film, Keifer Sutherland was in it and each episode covered 24 hours in the life of Keifer's character. Wikipedia also states that Fox officially announced on May 13, 2013, that 24 will return as a 12 episode series titled 24: Live Another Day in May 2014.

I'd suspect not much since the revival's only 12 episodes.

Revivals don't always last long since by the time the revival takes place, many have already moved on to other things so if the revival doesn't get good ratings, all 12 episodes may not even air.
