Since the show should be available to listen to on deman after the airing on the site, the MP3 link that's used by the web player there should be:

So yeah, no need to record it per-se, but do it just in case it doesn't work out. Bitrate is 128k. Will split/ID3-tag the tracks tomorrow AM (damn time zone differences means I can't stay up to listen to this), and upload as a "mirror" to anyone else's uploads.
