Are there any of those games that you have beaten 1,000 times but still play/beat it again because it's just so addicting or a great game to you? Yeah I've got some... in no particular order.

Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World - A big part is the nostalgic value for me since I remember it the most when I was a kid. The games I play the most are The Lost Levels and SMB2 mainly because SMB2 is short and The Lost Levels because it's more challenging, and it gives you the option to play as Luigi which I always do. I also didn't find out about world 9 until recently since I always warped...

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Since this is my favorite Zelda game, and the most unique, and short in my opinion are big reasons it's so addicting. Every time I play I learn something new about it or the location of a new heart piece etc. so I always like playing to see what I missed. Even after I beat it, I play it again mainly because of the time structure, it starts over anyway and cause I love the game obviously.

Donkey Kong 64 - While I do love the SNES games, this one is much more replayable cause of all the collecting and stuff. Not a fan of having to do the Beaver Bother mini-games again each time though...

Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story - I've only owned this game for about a month now, and I've played through it 4 times already! It's just so good, and everything about it is good. The story, music, gameplay. Everything. You can obviously tell I love it from my avatar, custom user title, and profile. :P

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes - Since it's the best game in the Metroid series. 'Nuff said.

Resident Evil 0 - I do also love Resident Evil 2, but this one is slightly more addicting because it's only 1 scenario, and it has the Leech Hunter mode etc.

FlashFlashRevolution - Well I didn't get Veteran status by not playing it a lot... I just post in the forums mostly now, but it still needs an honourable mention from me since I did play it for 6 years.

I'll think of more later...

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II The Sith Lords - Basically replay these two each year, as I enjoy the story and characters.
Any Dynasty Warriors - Any of them really, as they are fun and simple to play. Being based off a 11th century chinese novella which in turn was based off of actual events in China around 180-260 AD is the icing on the cake as well.
Saints Row 2 and Saints Row - The Third : Sometimes just need some mindless fun... and what better way than driving a fully customised muscle car into a crowd of pedestrians?

There's a few others, but I can't recall them at the moment.

Kingdom Hearts: 358/Days

I love Roxas' despair, Xion's confusion and and Axel's sadness. I hate the gameplay (boring missions) but the story is beautiful, the cutscenes looked great on the DS Lite but everything look even better thanks to the PS3: I will never forget that game.

Michief Makers

I love the story (a parody of japanese stuff), the music is so dynamic, I like the sound effects too. The "Shake! Shake!" is funny, Marina is awesome and her voice is lovely, the bosses are epic (Super Sentai): Masterpiece.

Resident Evil 2

Claire (new Sherry's mom?) and Ada are cute (a woman who fell in love), the zombies and some bosses are scary, I like the enviroment of the game, the soundtrack is enjoyable and the story is disturbing: I miss Shinji Mikami.

Agreed. I also play this and Resident Evil 0 alot. I think Claire is more like a big sister to Sherry than a mother though. I do miss Shinji Mikami too. The games haven't been the same since he left. I actually really like Darkside Chronicles though cause it's cool to see the old characters in updated graphics even though the stories and characters personalities are a little bit different. Still a fun game.

Paper Mario: TTYD: I love the first two paper marios. They are one of the few games I do replay over and over just to do it.

Metroid Primes 1 and 2:Echoes: Though I love MP2:E more than the first, I regularly play through both.

Dragon Age: Origins: One of my favorite games ever, ya know, before Bioware spat on the name "Video game" with their two abominations: ME3 and DA2.

Fallout 3: Another one of my favorite games ever. Owning this on the PC is one of my biggest trophies.

Paper Mario: TTYD: I love the first two paper marios. They are one of the few games I do replay over and over just to do it.

Yes and yes. They are fun games. We both know the reasons why the other 2 PM games are not replayable.

Metroid Primes 1 and 2:Echoes: Though I love MP2:E more than the first, I regularly play through both.

I also play MP2 more than the 1st cause... I just do. I thought Corruption was good gameplay wise, but storywise it was kinda meh. It's cool that the controls were implemented in the first 2 games and the token system in the Trilogy version though.

Metal Gear Solid 4 : Guns Of The Patriot : I love the game and gimmicks so much, I played it 5 times. It was the first game I got for PS3.

Hotel Dusk: Room 215 - This is my favorite video game and a special feature allows you to keep replaying the game over and over on one save file. I tend to play it every now and then when I have a craving for it. I've probably beaten it about 40-50 times.

Trace Memory - A game created by Cing before Hotel Dusk which has a similar interface. I also play this every once and awhile when I'm craving it. It has very creative puzzles including one where you breath on the DS screen.

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars - I have a lot of fun just screwing around in this game, creating havok but I have played through the story a few times as well.

FFIX is easily my most played game. I've been the game countless times, I've played it both on the original ps and on an emulator. I still have the game I bought over ten years ago. I enjoyed the game play and the story. The character story arcs blew me away by how complex and deep they were for a video game.

FFVIII I played countless times as well, but when I was younger I think I played it more for the graphics during the cut scenes.

Rayman and Rayman 2 I loved these games. They were just the right difficulty, the characters, the background, the music, game play, all of it was great.

Tomb Raider I, III, V (Chronicles) I played these games a lot. I loved wandering around finding new secrets and hidden passageways.

From the PC to the PS1 to the PSP.

I've also gotten all the endings, all the characters, and all the ultimate weapons.

Mario Kart Wii

I never really got into this one. I love SMK, and MK64 the best. The last Mario Kart game I really liked is Double Dash, but after that... I don't know. I like that there are more characters and stuff but... the newer ones just aren't as fun to me.

the more notable ones for me are Final Fantasy Tactics and Suikoden V. they gave me reason to keep me interested and still do. other games include Chocobo's Dungeon 2, Master of Monsters: Disciples of Gaia & probably Disgaea 4.

Wolfenstien 3D for the PC. I like how the graphic was design, it looks pretty cartoon ish in my opinion. Plus Final Doom (PC) as well, I remembered I mostly used "God Mode" to complete through levels since it became difficult for me.

Wipeout Series - I just can't stop playing.

Mega Man X4 and Star Fox 64.

No matter how many times I play them, they never really get old. Star Fox 64 is basically designed to be constantly replayed and it's a pretty varied experience depending on your route, and Mega Man X4 is short so it's kinda similar. I especially like to experiment in X4 and do things like play my own music over it or defeat the bosses without using weaknesses. Might just outright go and do hitless run some time. I'm way better at these games than any others, naturally. xP

With most games I tend to not replay them at all, but when I was younger, I had less of a library, so I could almost never go from one to the next. That was the only reason I replayed games often.

From my younger days:
Morrowind, Zelda: Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time, Donkey Kong Country (all of the SNES ones), Tetris Attack, Fable, Pokemon G/S/C, Sonic Adventure 2, Super Metroid

More recent:
Valkyrie Profile 2, Metroid Prime 3, Oblivion (these I've only played about 2 times total)

The first Fable is probably the most replayed game for me, but that's mostly because of how short it is. But it's just so hilarious and fun :D

Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing with Banjo Kazooie / Xbox 360

I loved this game ever since it was announced, I've anticipated a kart racer from SEGA that's way overdue and they delivered. This game relied a lot more on skill than chance and playing people on your level makes it so much challenging.

I'm not to hyped about the sequel however because they took out something important from the first game...

Hard to say. I assume we aren't including things like Tetris, or that would probably be everyone's most replayed game.

But... its probably a close run tie between Elite, Super Mario World, Starwing, Starfox 64, Goldeneye 007, Street Fighter 2, and Resident Evil 1. I've played all of those games bazillions of times.

Super Mario World is way up there for me. Back when I first got the GameBoy Advance, I only had two games for it: Mario Kart and Super Mario World. So what I would do is play and beat SMW every day. I kept that up for at least a month, man. So yeah, SMW wins by a long shot.
Close behind it is Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland, for similar reasons. One of the only games I had plus it's really short.

As for more recent games, I've replayed FFIX several times now. It took me so many years to get around to finishing it, but once I did I couldn't look back.

Resident Evil 4 is probably the most replayed game of my life. Got it for GC and conquered (Hand Cannon yes!). Got it for PS2 just because of Separate Ways, beat it and sold it. Got it for Wii but I've got too lazy to get the Hand Cannon now. Got it for PS3 Jap version just because of the jap subtitles.
