I identified 5 other tracks (11, 19, 22, 24 & 26) but for whatever reason I didn't give them titles. I can give you the movie time if you want.
Some tracks are also missing from this release and I recorded them from the movie if anyone is interested (but they have speech and sound effects).

Wow, thanks - but now I'm little confused, couse some of those titles not exactly matches the melodies I'm hearing (man, it's time to refresh the film!). And it's a pity not every track got a title (11, 15, 17-19, 22, 24 and 26 are missing). Anyway, I would be grateful for movie time (and or the tracks time - maybe I have different bootleg? dunno). Well, the whole score is confusing actually (I think that's why I gave up giving titles). :) Some tracks are just slight variations of others. Besides several tracks from the bootleg are "alternate" takes (very similar but somewhat different from the ones heard in the movie - like the End Title track). Also, I think just parts of some tracks are heard in the movie.

Here are the (approximate) movie time for the five other tracks I identified:

11 0:48:56-50:20
19 0:43:14-44:20
22 0:30:22-31:00
24 0:40:06-40:32
26 0:24:30-24:52

If you are going to title these, I am interested. :)

Tracks 5, the "Surveillance" from 7 and 28 are alternate versions.

I believe tracks 15, 17 and 18 are not heard in the movie or I would have noticed (I painfully compared every track from the bootleg with the movie).

I agree with you about the italian music probably not being by Thomas Newman (but who knows, he wrote polka music for Grumpy Old Men).

As for the rest I have no idea :) First I would have to watch the film and maybe sthg will pop up. For now, based on what I'm hearing, I would have to say:

11 - 'Cookie action style' maybe 'Sneaking'
19, 22, 24 - background/source/party music?
26 - rehearsal music (since there's a voice at the begining - composer's maybe?)

And italian music propably is Newman's, since there is no other clue, but I just wonder if he based those themes on existing pieces or what? Becouse it sounds very natural. Gotta ask him that when I have a chance, if he remembers at all :)

You're welcome. :) Well, of course, I may have missed something and be mistaken (this score kind of drove me crazy). Some tracks are really very similar and the sound from the DVD was not the best to identify them. I'll try to watch the movie and give titles to those tracks this week.

The voice at the beginning of 26 does not sound like Newman's to me, but I can't be sure. If you ever meet him, I'll be interested in knowing about it! :)
