on final fantasy 7. when you get back from the reacters. tifa says that the wepons shop keeper has something for cloud. but i dont know how to get to the upstiars shop. i have asked lots of people but no one knows. help!!!!!!!!!!!!:(

As far as I know, it's a simple case of climbing up the stairs / ladder in the Beginners Hall... It really should not be that difficult... As I've said, it's been a while since I've played it, but truly, it ISN'T that big a deal to get the item, unless you wanna get absolutely EVERYTHING.

From what I remember it's just a potion.

you get an "all" materia, its good, just go up the stairs in that shop across from the materia store and you will see it
