I levelled up in there. I went up about 30 levels from one end to the other. The other best place is the farplane, put on a enemy lure and start from each entrance in the temples and work your way to the end, you get quite a bit of exp doing that. also kick angra Maniyuu thingy in bikanel after the cactuar mission and you get a good chunk of Exp.

Or you could just go anywhere put the enemy lure on a use the horn of plenty garment grid and/or lady luck for double exp.

I wonder if you get 4x exp if you use them both together??

the other good thing, if you play again is as soon as you start up and can control where you go, put on the enemy lure bangle and go from one end of the Mi'hen highroad to the other, collecting all of the treasure chests, you'll get tonnes of exp and get a good head start int he game. Lots of fun too but i only recommend it for New Game Plus players, so you can boost your stats a bit to survive.

When you jump in the holes, the paths there yield encounters that give you loads of EXP. I think that's the best place to level up. You could also try the later cloisters of the Via Infinito.

The Dungeon in the Chocobo Ranch is a nice safe place to level!

I don't think EXP bonus items stack. Anyways, I strongly endorse the Via Infinito. The nice thing about the Via Infinito is that the enemies in the earlier cloisters aren't that tough, but as you keep going down, you get progressively more EXP, so by the time you get down towards the bottom, you're ready to take on the tougher enemies. It's probably best to complete the Via Infinito at least once in each playthrough because it's the only place to get the totally awesome Iron Duke. At least complete the first 40 floors because then you can get the extremely helpful Cat Nip.

The Thunder Plains "new cave" is where I did most of my levelling up in the end. The monsters in there weren't too tricky to dispatch (especially with a Dark Knight using Darkness, Yuna using Kogoro Strike, and the other one... Doing something else.) My levels just flew up from about 44 to 50 ish.

in those holes youll fight shiva. shes real easy. I didnt have to heal once. Shiva will leave behind a save sphere. Train there. easy monsters that give like 1000 exp each are there and a save point conveniently placed to heal you once you get low life. I went from 55 to 61! big difference huh? actually i just wanted to beat the game so i stopped training after a while.

I started leveling up really early in the game. Cuz i couldn't beat Yojimbo. I musta spent hours on the Mi'hen highroad. i went from level 30 something to 50 something, which was pretty good cuz i beat every boss after pretty easy. even angra maniyuu i beat in one try. so i would say Mi'hen highroador via infinito.

I think via Ifinito is a good place to lvl. up. I'm on cloister 90, and at lvl. 90, and I started off at lvl. 70.
