I'm sure this happened a lot when you play through a game that you really like, but had a terrible ending or wasn't what you expected it to be? I sure have... how about you?
No particular order:
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - This is actually one of my top favorite games ever but...
the main reason I didn't like the ending, is because after Link saves Termina from it's impending doom, and after all Link and Tatl have been through, she's just like "Go on! Get out of here! The rest of us have a carnival to go to!" ...... you would think she would have been somewhat nicer about it. I also thought it would have been nice to actually see the Carnival of Time.
Jim Power: The Lost Dimension in 3D - Most boring, generic ending ever...
because all the ending is, is a screen that says "Congratulations! Now Jim can finally return home!" Seeing as this game has no story whatsoever, we don't even know where his home is, or how he even got into the lost dimension in the first place... yawn. Also considering how hard some levels were, it's not very rewarding...
Resident Evil 0 - One of my favorite Resident Evil games but...
we never hear about Billy Coen again... I know he's in Umbrella Chronicles but that's more of a spin-off. It would have been nice to find out if he turns himself into the marines and serves his sentence, or if he stays in hiding, or if he goes on through life normally or what... heck, even a file mentioning him would have been nice. Yes, I know about the N64 Resident Evil 2 file. :p
Resident Evil 5 - Doesn't require an explanation...
I'll think of more when I can...
