how do u get the dragon fangs i got 2 but need 4 to upgrade squalls weapon. an i carnt remember how i got the 2 in the first place!

Fight medium level T-Rexaurs (Balamb, ang Garden). Fight blue dragons (Winter Island, Trabia).

That is the only place you can get them.
