Has anyone ever run across or compiled a soundtrack album to the 1979 film titled 'When You Comin' Back, Red Ryder?' starring evangelist-turned-actor Marjoe Gortner?
He plays Teddy, a cracked Vietnam vet who holds the customers of a New Mexico roadside diner hostage at gunpoint and subjects them to his unique brand of physical and mental torture.
Original music was composed by Jack Nitzsche.
Among the songs used in the film was "Kiss Away" by Tammy Wynette and "No One Knows Better Than You" played over the end credits by Tammy Wynette and Freddy Fender. There was a cameo by Hovie Lister & The Statesmen.
