Came across this pack in a FFshrine tag folder from my previous HD.
Its password locked.
Wondering if anyone knows the name of the pack, password?
Most likely from the Video Game Music Download section, since I hardly
venture anywhere else on the forum.

...And that's why it is important to unpack password-protected files as soon as you download them (or at least make a .txt file with the password).

Did you at least filed these under a folder with a proper name?

Hmmm I guess I should say thanks for replying to my post then again reading what you typed, how does that help, seriously?

I would appreciate it, if ppl only post that have any info about those files rather than panning out lectures - save that for another time.
I didnt just signup yesterday.

Okay, read and fully noted. But just to make it clear to you, today marks a month of me registering here, and over that course of time all I've been trying to do is helping anyone I can. Believe it or not, that was my intention when I made that post, which was made with a friendly disposition and wasn't, as you put it, a "lecture" (don't get dissuaded by that ellipsis).

Maybe you'll brush off whatever I say, but I think you should be meek and humble given your circumstance, and not overbearing about how to be helped. After all, this is all on you. Amiability and modesty can go a long way.

Maybe you could show better etiquette next time.

I am not trying to be sarcastic or anything when I say welcome to the community and also glad to have people willing to help out.
I appreciate the effort, my reply to your first post simply came from experience across different message boards. Simply put -
whenever there's an inquiry about a subject/ or whatever, people chime in. Yes! I am aware it is a message board, I just feel
inquiries based on a request for information; a question, should usually be followed by a replies with answers with straight aid
not suggestive ones. "Which was why I said "how does that help...?"

Everything you said there about unpacking... I do that, I just forgot to do it one time. Normally, if I came across a file on my HDD
that was password locked and couldn't locate the pass, I will delete it instantly, but on this occasion the files were in a labelled
folder and with other files from this forum. So at least where it was from, or maybe even the specific thread given the other files in
the folder but I am not sure, which was why I placed my inquiry here. Moments later, I see your reply.

In regards to my last comment - "I didn't just signup yesterday." I don't know if I have this right, but I wasn't directing that at you,
when I actually wrote that, it was "I don't see myself a noob" only to change it at the last minute.

Never heard of Yepsa, I check out his past posts - I guess because he posts in the Film, Television and Classical Music Download section.
The files in question came from the Video Game Music Download section. I still checked out the keyword - no luck.
thanks though.

Well, indeed the advice Boss gave you its a help, not a help that will sort the problem out, but a help that will do something in the future when you remember to save a TXT with the pass OR, the bookmarks, etc. And letting away the bad feelings and that sort of nonsense...

If you're lucky and that COFT are the initials of a game/gamerip, just search VGMDB database games starting by that letter, "C". If you cant find nothing, then you will have to forget about it or wait till someone one day post something that makes you remember and say "Crap, was that fucking game". Also you can try in the Gamestorrents tracker site and try listing all games (looking i mean) to see if the initials match something.

If that also dont work, im running out of ideas, my friend.
