Thanks, I'll give most Ottman score a chance. They aren't all great but he usually comes up with a fun theme. The samples for this sound pretty good, nice big orchestra sound which is what I love. Movie looks horrible though.

My lord, finally! Seemed like ages for this score to show up! My dear friend, I thank you greatly for this!

So far I'd say this is a solid orchestral score by Ottman. I am a bit disappointed that a lot of the score is in more big orchestral horror style though. That being said, it is proper orchestral horror not Jablonsky horror sound so that is a plus. The score is a bit too dark for my tastes though.

After seeing the five star review on Filmtracks I felt compelled to check this out and, oh boy. I feel like this score is this year's Journey 2: The Mysterious Island; coming out near the start of the year from a composer that's been on hiatus for a couple of years, producing a score of orchestral bombast that reminds of the film soundtracks of yesteryear.

That said, both Sirusjr and herbaciak are right, it certainly feels more like an orchestral horror score than the typical fantasy fare that one would predict. That first track is misleading; this score is quite a bit darker than Journey 2, which I thought would turn me off but apparently it's just what I've been needing because I am Eating. This. Up. What a great way to start a new year at uni with this!

Hey, I know I had already said thanks for this score! But I saw the movie until yesterday (my 8 year old nephew dragged me to the theatre). I didn't want to see it but I ended up loving it (great family flick, with a very cool 80's vibe)! Thanks again for the upload!

Ik ended up liking the film far more than I had expected. Score reminded me aan lot of LotR though, even the first part of the main thema is similar.

The only "upgrade" I may have available is 416 kbps.
