My fav is gippal coz he looks cool and is witty

mines Baralai cos i dunno i like his title "the praetor of New Yevon"

He's fast. His charecter layout rocks thanks to tetsuya nomura. And his attack stlye rocks to because he uses all kinds of shit even guns.

It's between Gippal and Baralai. I don't like Nooj, but I like the two others both, and since they're so different I cannot say whom I prefer.
I like Baralai because he's so gentle and kind. And looks cute. And I like Gippal because he's funny, stands on one leg every now and then, and is sexy while doing so. :)

Baralai just isn't as cool as Nooj or Gippal. So he gets ruled out right from the start.

Gippal isn't quite as bad-ass as Nooj, but he has the whole rougish charm thing going on, so I guess I'm going to have to go with him.

I don't think it's fun to read a thread consisting of only:

And Zhao_Yun, no, it's not a metaphor, it's the idiotic use of "gay" as an insult. It's done a lot these days and completely dumb because a person's sexual orientation shouldn't be used to insult someone.
Even if Nooj was homosexual, it'd not be a reason to lead such a retarded conversation. So please try to act a bit more intelligent.

i wasn't going to address the whole gay thing, but i figured i had to add my worth. i don't consider it to be meant that way when used this way. the connotation is that it means stupid (a "bad" character); thats how i see it. i agree: nooj was gay.

however, you cant support your reasoning with a cliche statement like that. sure, i can say gippal was cool. but i kinda justified it by saying he was sexy and had an eye patch. the patch justified my calling him sexy and explained why i thought he was cool.

I think Nooj was an Ok character, as he formed the youth league, and I like there style. However, that doesn't make him my favourite. I think Gippal was kinda funny, and I liked his eye-patch. LOL.

But my fav is Baralai. There is something about him that reminds him of me. Plus, he's very quick and strong in battle, even if he has a weak defense and low HP. Maybe I like him because he's quiet and mysterious.And his title. :D
