Do they? I haven't seen any so figured there weren't any. I don't mean arranged tracks, by the way. I mean tracks containing any and all music including cues as the music/cues are heard exactly in the game when I put via OST in the title of the thread.

Speaking of MMX, I left off all the other Megaman X games after that so...

Mega Man X2 - X8 added to the list.

What about that? What do you mean by cues?

I forgot to mention Turtles In Time. We all agree on that one.

By cues I mean little sounds. Not necessarily sound fx. Little sounds like the the one that plays when the Capcom logo appears or when during the game, you obtain a Mega Man life head during a level and other little sounds like that. Missing them isn't a big deal. But they'd still be cool to have so we'd have everything from the game, minus the sound fx.

I do like both Arcade and SNES versions of Turtles In Time. Obviously the Arcade will be more favorable because if the quality in sound and video. But I like playing the SNES version more for sentimental reasons. And sentiments mean more to me than quality. And we can all agree on Maximum Carnage, can't we lol?

This thread isn't really about musical tastes when it comes down to it. When you think about it, it's about the words in the title of the thread. Music, regardless of whether it meets your tastes or not, was so fitting for the game it was in, that it deserved to have an OST containing all the music in it. I needed to say that just in case someone said they didn't like the type of music used in Maximum Carnage. Like it or not, it fit that game perfectly and I personally did like the music and have always felt that the music should have been released. Same would go for the Character Select music and Stage 1 music from MMPR: The Movie.

I think it's borderline criminal that no official soundtracks exist for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword. (And no, that 7-track tease of a TP "soundtrack" doesn't count.)

I would also love a soundtrack for Super Mario Sunshine as well as some of the New Super Mario Bros. games and the handheld Zelda games (especially Spirit Tracks).

Yes, and yes!

Also adding Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Partners in Time, Bowser's Inside Story, and Dream Team. The Mario & Luigi RPG Sound Selection was good, but 95% of the songs from Superstar Saga, and Partners in Time are missing, and about 25% from Bowser's Inside Story. I know Dream Team isn't out yet, but if Yoko Shimomura composed the music again, it's going to be good.

Binary Domain. A great action/techno soundtrack with quite a few memorable tracks. Never had an official release, not even a digital lossy one for iTunes or something. It's a shame that Sega never gave it green light, because all previous titles (Yakuza series) by the same team of developers and composers had multiple OSTs released.

Considering how good the last two Batman games were, I have a feeling Arkham Origins will follow that trend so to speak of the composers from the first two Arkham games returns. If that's the case, I think it's fair to stay, even before the game is out that Arkham Origins would likely end up deserving its music released. That's just a personal opinion though. Fact is, however, might be best to actually hear the music to accurately determine whether it deserves to be released or not.
