These are 7 original tracks for Goldenye 007 before they were compressed for the N64 hardware.

Mega will download the file in the browser and then when it's done the file will be copied to your download folder, this is done for encryption purposes. Ill upload to MF anyway though but I am pretty sure the file is in your dl folder.

These are actually arranged tracks, not the originals without N64 compression. The instruments used in the arrangements are different and the time signature in a few of the tracks has been revised.

He didn't compose these versions in high quality with stereo and way more channels just so they could be compressed for use in the N64 cart before the game was released, that's not how it works. These are newer arrangements.

...from an email exchange with Grant Kirkhope...

"When I was first assigned to GoldenEye I didn't have an N64 dev kit so I
used normal synth gear to write some music while I was waiting for the kit
to be installed. That's why there's only a few pieces at full quality,
after the dev kit arrived I stopped writing the music that way, I then
switched to playing the samples that I'd made inside the N64 and they were
of course at a much lower quality due to memory restrictions.

Hope that clears it up ... heh!!"

Cool! Good to know that Kirkhope put up different arrangements. Was about to skip this thread before I read this.

I don't have the files, but Grant Kirkhope still has what I presume were the tracks in the package available for listening at the updated URL: https://www.grantkirkhope.com/goldeneye-007/

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know of how to web-rip these.

Seems like Grant only has 6 available rn, rather than the 7 he had up before.
Anyway, here's the ones that are on his website atm.
