Sweet-ah! Loved those three chapters. You wouldn't recognize a goddamn vampire if one jumped up and bit you at the end of your fucking Deeck.

it's "Dick" not "Deeck". And I dont like the first Episode. Maybe because I hate the main character personality.

NONONO! It's "deeck" because he stretches the word when he says it! :D

Awesome, I agree. It's odd in that there's a second English version which has a different music track, and which in my opinion is quite good.

"Because, shit-head - the fuck I'm supposed to arrest will be over the hills and far away if you don't!"

Army goon: "You're gonna be flat mates."
Sengoku: "I don't like to be pressurised."
Army goon: "Snappy comeback - I like it."

The original Soundtrack is actually Japanese, by Kazuhiko Toyama, back in 1990, which was the original release date of the movei Ovas.
In 1995, Manga Entertainment brough it outside Japan, and with their dub they changed the soundtrack to best fit the Cyberpunk universe of the whole story. The original release was in the VHS. Unfortunatelly, when they started to re-release all their titles in dvd, due to copyrights thing, Cyber City Oedo DVD could not had the Uk Soundtrack. (manny say wrongly that it is the american soundtrack, but that is utterly wrong.)
So we have the same exact english cast on the DVD except the soundtrack.

Personally I preffer the UK soundtrack, because it does a better job, much better job, in coupling with environment of the plot of the ovas and universe itself. I am not a fan of Kazuihiko Toyama, as I only like 1 soundtrack of him. His work on Cyber City was one of the "not bad" works. The rest of his music compositions are incredibly boring. Like Wind of Amnesia, I only like 1 music on all the movie, and the soundtrack of the movie was making me doing a sacrifice to see the whole movie, because the soundtrack is not interesting at all, and it was making the movie boring.
Doomed Megalopolis, thank god it was not just him on the soundtrack. He just arranged all of the music, and his compositions are .... freaking boring... and the best tracks are the compositions if Toshinobu Takimoto and Hiroshi Imaizumi.
The OVA of Tekken back in 1998.....again the same issue of Wind of Amnesia. The soundtrack is soooo boring and it makes the OVA being booooooring to watch.
Shin Cutey Honey IS THE BEST of all his works. This 6 episode OVA has the best music I ever heard of him. I seriously feel that the guy smoked powerfull weed, and he made such cool and awsome addictive music while being so dopped of weed. XD

The UK soundtrack is amazing. I've used it dozens of time as the soundtrack to my shadowrun RPG sessions.
