Well, the bad news is that I don't have them in FLAC anymore, I got them in M4A aac Nero codec, highest bitrate. If that's ok, I'll reup them tomorrow.

Considering that it requires a) a separate client that requires port forwarding, and b) uploading at least one officially released album, which may be difficult for me considering my horrible uploading speed, is there any chance you could upload it somewhere else?

uploading means sharing files on your hdd.

Why are some of these mashed together into one big file? Is there a way to separate them?

(I know that there's supposed to be a trick to it in foobar, but it isn't working)

@PaladinZ Drag and drop the cue file to Foobar and you'll see each individual track. Ctrl + a -> right-click -> convert.

That usually works for me, but foobar wouldn't recognize the .cue file at all. Even tried putting the .flac and .log files in with it.

But that's all right now. I managed to get it done with CueTools. Just glad that I didn't have to manually separate and tag everything in Audacity, haha.
