Soundtrack, BGM(.mid, .mp3, .wav) site has a lot of anime songs in mpga, midi, and wav formats.
The maayasakamoto.net site has mpga's of anime songs sung by Maaya Sakamoto.

kazaa's handy for stuff like that (but get kazaa-lite) because it gives you download accelerator ect.

Anime-Empire has song downloads and tells how many times a song has been downloaded.

Another great source is if you head into the FFShrine chat room and ask people to send you songs. ;D
