well im playing X agian and im ridding a chocobo around the calm lands. and I just think they rock and so does that song. I felt the need for other peoples opinion on the matter.

And the strangest thing is they always seem so dam cool with what ever is going on like they have more knowledge then we think they do. no matter what it is sin, galbadian govt., mako reactors, the destuction of the world as we know it and they just walk around careless.

I dont know but there could be more to them than yellow feathers.

I think chocobos are cool to. I love to ride on those pretty yellow birds. They remind me of horses just little and chickens to.

All chocobos are awesome, although I didn't think this particular game's chocobo system was all that great.

Ya, chocobos are one of my favorite creatures that came out of final fantasy.

Chocobos are the best and of course the best Chocobos are the ones in 7 but the ones in 10!!!! I mean, how are you supposed to react to a bird coming at you? It gives you like less than a half a second on some of them. Plus the birs steer you away from the balloons and to get something(I think it was an item for a weapon) you have to get 0 time! It took me FOREVER!

I mean with no world map there's nowhere to go and explore...

Indeed Indeed. It took SOOOOO much money and time but to get a gold chocobo and race it was a feeling of euphoria.

Chocobo's are the sweetest.. Yeah, FF7's were excellent, then FF9. I didn't care much for FFX's chocobos...I mean...geez, why does getting Tidus's weapon have to be so hard? 0 on the clock...I dont have that much time to waste, doing it over and over thousands of times until i get it right.
But no matter what, chocobos will always rock. They are clearly amazing creatures...Like they have their own secret language and their own world. Like FF9's chocobo paradise and stuff. And FF8's holy forest. They do a little dance that seems so magical..
Chocobos are part of what makes final fantasy awesome.

Yeah I realize this thread might be moved to general ff but I just thought that it was bull **** that there was no chocobo thread so I posted one but it was the chocobo music for X that I liked not so much the system for this particular game.

Well that is cool but I completely agree with the fact that it sucks trying to get Tidus' weapon!!! I mean that game is completely unfair because it all depends aon where the balloons are and you only get like a half a second to react to some of those birds. And sense I am a phsyic (ha not really I just edited my post) I think we get the picture dude.

but they used them as war machines at operation Mi'hen... I mean cool funky looking chickens as war horses dosen't sound good to me, and to top it of most of them then died!!!

I hope FFX-2 has a better use for them...

I think that is alright that they used them in MiHen because do you see any dragons that will let people ride them? Or how bout any horses? Motorcycles? Hummers? They needed something to ride and Chocobos were the best choice.

ya tactics chocobos were cool the whole game was cool, I just wish they stuck more to that idea in tactics advance I mean it was a great game, just really hard to complete a mission when you don't have the right item to even get to the mission. :eye:

I would eat a chocobo if I was the last living human and there was no food and he was the last living chocobo otherwise I would want to keep the relationship between chocobos and humans on a good note wouldn't you?

I would ride a Chocobo, but not eat one. I mean, they may be able to be knocked out by small blue birds on FFX but they're probably a bit harder to actually kill than that...

Sorry but I just had to ask after so many people were asking about how they taste. I personally wouldn't eat a chocobo if I could avoid it. I would be cool to be ride chocobo where ever I wanted to. Faster than walking.

It would probably be alot cooler then driving in several aspects, though not as fast.

I only said that ten's system was lame I didn't saythe music isn't good. I said that the music in FFVIII ws the best though because it was.
