Ya forreal thank you, this is cool as hell

@Robert Jordan and Unknown man... If you gave up after 3 episodes ... Skip the first season and just go straight to the second season. I think it's a design flaw for the show... Watching season 2 first is much better and then you will like the actors and season 1 will be a lot more entertaining... I hated season 1 at first to, now after season 2, I love season 1.

At first season 1 comes across as very preppy, new age... and just lame - but it's not.

@Robert Jordan

Give it another go. You got to get to know the characters. It does build up and have a good ending.
Part 2, Asylum is even better.

Thanks both JLewis and UnknownMan ! Actually you're not the first ones to tell me that season 2 is much, much better. I thought Season 1 had nothing to do with Season 2 - different characters and location - but according to JLewis, Season 2 sounds sort of a prequel.... Very intriguing !

And it won't the first time I give another chance to a TV show. Believe or not but I stopped watching FRINGE after six or seven episodes : too much "X-Files" stuff in it, nothing real new. And then, toward the end of season 1, I felt sort of a growing excitement around me and friends telling me : "You should give another try : something is actually "going on"...".
And it's now one my favorite TV shows, one of the most original I've ever watched, in constant evolution, always innovating...and actually going somewhere ! :)

I didn't think there was much of to Levine's score to the show. I'll try to check it out, though in general, I dislike these type of scores.

I do think that the first season was much better in term of focus, where it was really a horror story in every sense. The second season is so jumbled in term of the many pulpy genres that it tries to cram in, that I'm not sure if it's supposed to be kitsch or just indulgent. It could still get much better in the latter half of the season.

I didn't mind season 1. took a long time to establish a steady story and develop characters.
season 2 just jumps all over the place and keeps adding something every episode.

really just sit through the show and it builds on you.

season 1 and 2 are not related to each other, at all.
so doesn't matter if you start with season 1 or season 2.

Thank you for this Amanda! :)
I just bought the iTunes single for the main titles.
$1.99 for an extended "album" version. Which is really just one track that's extended to about 3 minutes.
(I won't upload the iTunes single, it's worth buying; or someone else can upload it.)

It would be cool if someone uploaded it; the theme is not available on my country :(

thanks! saw the first season end of last year on Netflix, pretty decent overall. Interesting the choice of re-orchestrated tracked score (from Psycho, Kilar's Dracula, etc.), especially in the beginning of the show, but curious to hear the original score on its own.

I have watched the complete first season but season two... gave up after two or three episodes. But I am going to watch season 3 ("Coven"). Let's see if it's better than season 2.

My Mega account was apparently reported and thus deleted for multiple violations. I have others, but almost all shrine links are gone. I will not re-up any either here or in private so do not ask.

Season 2 remains my favourite so far... first season was great up until that horrid last episode, and Coven and Freakshow were fairly average. Asylum was by far the season that most lives up to the title.

I strongly disliked Coven. Though it was better than Asylum in my opinion. But I loved Freak Show, it really gave me the creeps, haha.
