Thanks for the share. I think Desplat is an interesting choice. Don't know why, but this strikes me as a Beltrami score. I get that kind of vibe.

Anyone going to see this? I heard Katherine Bigelow was given classified info from the white house to make this film

Indeed, Bigelow had unpublished data from the goverment to make the film. Originally, she was going to do a film about the 2001 siege in Tora Bora, but it changed when Bin Laden was killed.

Son of a bitch, I knew it. That ain't right. That is SO not right. This government (at least mine, I'm in then US) and Hollywood have become so corrupt. It's already winning the Best Picture award at all the film festivals. I'm calling it if it wins the Best Picture Oscar. What makes this film so good? Why should the killing of a man (be it Osama Bin laden or ANYONE) be glorified in such a way? It's sickening. And isn't Hollywood anti-war?

However, I have to admit that I do want to see it. And I hate myself for wanting to see it, but I can't help it. But I will not go pay $11.25 to see it, I'll torrent it :D

Again, it wasn't Bigelow's purpose to do a Bin Laden film. Mark Boal and her decided to concentrate on the raid to the place where he was hidden, the goverment supplied unknown information about the raid to make the film as realistic as possible.

Hollywood is pro-money. Doesn't matter how it comes in, as long as it draws audiences. And yeah, it's fucked up that the reason it will be drawing audiences is because it contains unpublished data, and people want to know the top secret story behind it (kind of like Argo, another Best Picture runner).

I'll be watching it, but I'll be paying to see Django Unchained. :-P

I still haven't seen Argo yet, but I really want to. However, information wasn't given out to have that film made, was it? I mean that was 33 years ago...surely the public knows what went down, unlike today where we still don't know about the raid. And then there's Benghazi...don't get me started on that.

I will be paying to see Django Unchained, as well. I just saw Pulp Fiction in theatres last week. Tarantino can take all my money lol :D

The film isn't "pro-war" or "pro-killing". It's about the obsession with the search for truth, and the ugly lengths our government was willing to go to to find one man. If anything, it's a similar film to David Fincher's "Zodiac", just that you get a satisfying action finale at the end. Nothing glorified about the violence in it though. A bit damning, actually.

Benghazi was a tragedy that was caused by the fact that certain Republicans in the Senate and the House voted to de-fund and not fund more security at embassy's and consulates around the world. The Administration warned the committees making these decisions that this might happen if security wasn't beefed up. The Republicans are making a stink out of all this saying that four Americans were killed. Well DUH! What about the six thousand killed in one illegal and one unwarranted war?

By the way, Bigalow received unpublished but non classified information. I know because I know some people in the production of the film who told me so. Myself? I can't wait to see it. Anything to see that inhuman monster taken down like the mad dog he was is justified to me.

Argo was a completely declassified story as of twenty years ago. Clinton did it.

This is NOT 320 kbps, but just the up-converted 128 kbps version (accoustic blow-up, but still with the bad quality of 128 kbps).

So forget to download it, if you don't want to get cheated.
