i dont know any girls that play FF and im not trying to be sexist or niave im just wondering is there any out there and what got you intrested?

i got started playing cuz my older brother was always playing games. so was my cousin, so it just kind of ran in my blood so to speak. i started playing in kindergarten, mostly just mario, metroid, and ff3/6. i just thought that it was fun to pretend, and seeing a book come to life (thats how i see plays, movies and games) and me being able to play it was cool. i dunno...its just fun to me. i love to read, and i still love to pretend (im an actress), so i still love games.

the ff's are appealing to me becuase they have such great storylines (well, most of the time) and sidequests and characters. i love stories, so. of course, i still like games that dont have storylines that are too great, but a lot of times they dont hold special places in my heart (or my system) like the ff series.

that hold any insight?

You only have to check the members list to see that there are several girls floating around here.
I only know a handful of people who play Final Fantasy, anyway. Some of them are girls, too.

There are tons and tons of girls who play ff here. Look through the album, I'd say at least a quarter of us are female.

I've been playing games since I was little, though FFVI (FFIII US) was the game that really made me a gamer. I don't just play ff games and rpgs though, I like fighting games and ninja type games and really just gaming in general.

Yeah I play FF because it's just cool, or I'd say I like RPG Games, and since FF is one of the best RPGs then of coz I won't miss it =]
PS Most of my FEMALE friends do play FF though ^^

I'm a guy, but I just thought I'd mention that it was actually my sister who introduced me to FF.

There's only two other people apart from me who played FF7 when it came out - one was my best friend, and the other was the chick I was trying to woo.

She rejected me ;_;

...but that's okay, because i'm enaged now - and she loves Kingdom Hearts, which is close enough to FF :D

I love Final Fantasy. I started playing with FF7, we had a Play Station and I was bored of all the fighting type games my brother played so I browsed the shops for something more interesting and it looked good. From then on I was hooked and now my brother is a bigger fan than me.

Err... the majority of FF Players I know are female... You know, they like it for the stories and all. Silly women. ;D

I only really have two male friends who like FF, and one of them only because he's immensely competitive, and wants to buy it before us (even buying it is a competition), finish it before us (of course, I always win �_�) and thne train all his characters to level 99 (which I rarely do). That, and I think he likes the hot gurlzzz.

Moral : Female FF Players are better than male ones. (And far more attractive)
