This is, truthfully, pretty high quality.
I won't go into too much complex detail, but I'll summarise.
MIDIs extracted from ROM
samples extracted from ROM (at very high quality)
samples made into soundfont
sounds from soundfonts assigned correctly to MIDIs
MIDIS converted to MP3s
Simple, but they are, as I said, VERY good quality (compared to the original GBA sound):

The file names of SNES Vanilla Lake and SNES Rainbow Road are the wrong way, however, they have the correct track number in their metadata.
